Vienna’s most trendy shopping area is Mariahilfer Strasse, where you can find almost anything, whether you are looking for global brands like Escada, Armani, Gucci, Zara, Mango, H&M or local boutiques. The biggest shopping center is Shopping City Süd (SCS). It is located just outside Vienna, but it is easy to reach by car. It is a paradise for shopping addicts, with 300 shops that cover more than 300,000 square meters. Every major retailer and even local ones can be found here. You can buy a lot of cheap clothes from some stores. Restaurants help you relax after shopping. You can also get here by the IKEA bus from Opera House. Should you come to Vienna, you are not allowed to miss Parndorf Outlet. It is the most important outlet center in Austria and even in the region. It is located on A4 motorway, which links Vienna to Budapest. Over 120 designer outlets can be found here. Prices are very good. Discounts periods make prices even lower, but most good stuff is sold out at the beginning of such periods. Stores are beautifully designed, resembling a typical Austrian Village.
